Marvell v. Wi-LAN
U.S. District Court Judge Susan Illston ordered the continuance of Wi-LAN’s Motion to Dismiss the Marvell Complaint to June 20, 2008, and further ordered the continuance of the initial case management conference to July 25, 2008 and that a joint case management conference statement shall be filed one week in advance of the conference.

Wi-LAN and Marvell file joint Stipulation seeking to vacate the May 30, 2008 initial Case Management Conference and to have the Court reset the initial Case Management Conference to a later date following the June 13, 2008 hearing date for Wi-LAN’s Motion to Dismiss the Marvell DJ action.
